当这个世界充满罪恶时，人不得不深入的探讨人犯罪的缘由，例如：当一段婚姻破裂，我们一直问这曾经美满的婚姻为何会走到这一步，到底是双方两人谁造成的？或是两人生长的背景造成的？或当一个孩子吸毒、偷窃、犯法等，做父母的因爱孩子一直会问为何以前这么听话的孩子会误入歧途，是损友造成的？是他长大未得到父母的爱造成的？还是他哪方面不得满足造成的？当现今看见同性恋风气这么猖狂时，我们不禁会问这是家庭背景造成的（严厉的母亲；没有权威的父亲），还是那人生来就有这样的性倾向？我们人在面对罪的事情时，自然的反应就是不断的寻找起因，为的就是要对症下药。现今因为心理学的兴盛与人的文明的发展，人也不断的提出人落入各种恶习的理由，以致对犯法或犯罪的人都提供一些方案与聊城。因为现今有很多这方面相关的说法，就是基督徒也开始对人犯罪的事有很多琢磨不测之处，且有不同的看法。有些教导提倡说人犯罪是因灵界犯罪的原因，以致人的心灵不断受到黑暗势力的暗示。有的说是世界带来的风气，以致现在同性恋、堕胎、买虚拟货币的风气多起来，或者就是像网络霸凌与诈骗的事都是互联网的兴起造成的。另外在现今医治释放聚会中常提起的就是人与祖宗的罪没有隔断，或是有些人在生长的背景受到一些严重的创伤（如家暴，性侵犯，缺乏父爱，或实际的一些缺乏等），所以造成有些人一直无法从一些罪走出来。我们看见这些都是人在罪中挣扎所领悟出来的见解。有些有他的根据，有些却是没有。但是当我们继续这样分析时，我们一定要问人犯罪的关键缘由何在。有时我们能够归咎与属灵的因素，有时我们也能够说出很多相关因素（例如：环境，生长背景，人带来的伤害等），但是我们千万不要因此扭曲人犯罪的主要缘由，以致减轻我们人的责任。在犯罪的事上，我们人是有一定的责任的，因为犯罪是出于我们的选择。纵然使徒保罗说：立志为善由得我，只是行出来由不得我《罗7:18》。在此处，保罗讲明了我们属灵的光景，但他并非说我们没有责任。他描述了我们的苦《罗7:24》 –  我真是苦啊！谁能救我脱离这取死的身体呢？但在此，保罗将我们指向《罗8:13,37》- 靠圣灵，靠着爱我们的主得胜的奥秘。没错，我们的意志是软弱的。我们的意志也受到我们的心思和情感影响。我们的心思，情感，意志也受到灵界的影响。我们听了什么，看了什么，之后我们我们选择相信什么、说什么、做什么，这都是我们要在神、天使与人面前要负责的。我们不能将责任归给暗示我们的黑暗势力，或是影响我们的环境，更不能否定自己的责任。但是我们能够透过所认识的真理，靠着那帮助我们的圣灵来敌挡魔鬼，亲近神，且洁净自己的行为。这都是要透过我们清楚认识罪的缘由和我们圣民在与罪争战当有的责任，才能以胜过那属灵的战争。

When the world is filled with sin and evil, people have to explore in depth the reasons for human sin. For example, when a marriage breaks down, we have to ask why this once blissful marriage has come to this state. Which of the two persons caused it? Or is it caused by the upbringing of the two persons? Or when a child is taking drugs, stealing, breaking the law, etc, parents who love their children will always ask why their children who had been so obedient in the past would go astray. Is it caused by bad company? Did he grow up without the love of his parents? Or is there something he is not satisfied with? When we see homosexuality being so rampant today, we can't help but ask if this is caused by the family background (a strict mother; a father without authority), or is such a sexual tendency already in that person since he was born? When we face issues concerning sin, the natural reaction is to constantly look for the reason, in order to find the appropriate solution. Nowadays, because of the advancement of psychology and the development of human civilization, people are constantly proposing the reasons to why people fall into various vices so as to provide solutions or treatments for people who break the law or sin. Because there are many views relating to this aspect today, Christians have begun to form views that there are many unpredictable factors concerning human sin and Christians also have different opinions in this matter. Some teachings advocate that human sin is caused by the sin in the spiritual world, such that a person’s spirit is constantly being influenced by the forces of darkness. Some say it is the influence of the world which has brought about the current ethos of homosexuality, abortion, the purchase of virtual currency, or things like cyber bullying and fraud are caused by the proliferation of the Internet. In addition, in today's healing ministries, it is often explained that the sin of the person and their ancestors is not cut off, or that some people are traumatized by their growth background due to what they saw (such as domestic violence, sexual assault, lack of fatherly love, or actual physical lack, etc.) such that some people are perpetually unable to be set free from sin. We see these are the insights that people have developed as a result of them struggling with their sin. Some have their basis, some do not. But as we continue to analyze this, we must ask the key reason for human sin. Sometimes we can attribute it to spiritual factors, and sometimes we can also say it is due to many related factors (such as: environment, growth background, hurts caused by people, etc.), but we must not distort the main reason for human sin, so as to alleviate our responsibility. In the matter of sinning, we have certain responsibilities, because sin is a result of our choice. Even the apostle Paul said, “For I have the desire to do what is good, but I cannot carry it out.” From here, Paul clearly explained our spiritual state but he did not say we do not have any responsibility. He depicted our wretchedness <Ro 7:24> “What a wretched man I am! Who will rescue me from this body that is subject to death?”  But from there, Paul pointed us toward the mystery of relying on the Holy Spirit, and of relying on our loving Lord for victory <Ro 8:13, 37>. Yes, our will is weak. Our will is also influenced by our minds and emotions. Our minds, emotions, and will are also influenced by the spiritual world. Based on what we listened to and what we saw, we then choose to believe, say, and do what we want, and for these, we are all responsible toward God, angels, and people. We cannot attribute the responsibility to the forces of darkness or to our environment that influence us, and all the more, we cannot deny our own responsibility. However, with the truth that we know, we can rely on the Holy Spirit who helps us to stand up against the devil, draw close to God, and cleanse our actions. It is through our clear understanding of the cause of sin and having the duty as saints to fight against sin, are we then able to win the spiritual battle.
