Era that Does Not Care and Cannot Discern Sound Doctrine <Jn 1:1-5; Ro 1:18-21>

1.  Through the Word, all things were made

1)  The Word created all things

2) Not knowing the Word means not knowing Jesus

3) The calling a Christian receives should come from the Gospel he has heard

2. There are 3 crises in knowing the sound doctrine in this era

1) Not caring if it is the true doctrine

2) Not able to differentiate true and false doctrines

3) Not able to be steadfast even if one knows the true doctrine

3. In this dangerous era, the Lord calls us to restore and hold fast to sound doctrine

1) Our Lord Jesus is the Incarnate Truth

2) This world is full of deceptions

3) The lifelong sanctification of a believer comes from knowing the truth
