1) 一般的情况：其实，在一般的情况没有显出领导力，在特殊的情况中很难得着众人的信服。人是每时刻需要被领导的。2）危机的情况：在危机的情况中，人的情绪被波动非常厉害。所以，一般的额人都被现实中所看见与听见的占据。在这样的情况，真正的领导力不是一通进到情感波动，乃是面对现实，寻求主，领悟出神所指明的道路。3）福音要前进的情况：这世界与在基督里的领导力最大的不同是前者相信人的能力，后者是相信福音的大能。世界的领导力是继续会崇高人，然后带出更美好的方法论来解决人的问题。但基督里的领导力是因为认定唯独基督是救赎，所以将主要方向放在传福音。
1) Ordinary circumstances: If no leadership is seen in ordinary circumstances, it is very difficult to convince all during special circumstances. Man needs to be led in every moment. 2) Crisis situations: In crisis situations, people can get very emotional. Hence, people will be occupied by what they see or hear generally. Under this context, true leadership is not entering into the emotions, but o confront the harsh reality, seek the Lord and understand the path that is instructed by God. 3) As the gospel is progressing: The greatest difference between worldly leadership and leadership in Christ is that the former believes in man’s power, but the latter believes in the power of the gospel. The former continues to exalt men, bringing out more perfect methods to solve men’s problems. The latter however acknowledges that only Christ is the redemption, and puts the main focus on evangelism. Such leadership brings out the importance of evangelism.
