“Now fear the Lord and serve him with all faithfulness. Throw away the gods your ancestors worshiped beyond the Euphrates River and in Egypt, and serve the Lord. But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.” “Now then,” said Joshua, “throw away the foreign gods that are among you and yield your hearts to the Lord, the God of Israel.” (Joshua 24:14, 15, 23 NIV)

When the land is at rest, Lord said there's more land to conquer - for Satan will never be at rest. The only solution to Satan's ceaseless attacks is evangelism. As we bring forth the gospel, holding firmly onto the promise God gave to Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Moses and Joshua - because The God who was with them is also with us today.

See His invisible hand at work, confirm His persevering faithfulness and love in all things - unconsciously, you will be strengthened with the Truth not emotions nor situations.
